C’est du gris et du liberty Mabelle rose qui ont rempli mes dernières journées avant notre déménagement .
Quand la future mariée m’a contactée au départ, elle souhaitait du gris et du framboise; des robes sans col et sans manche,large décolleté V dans le dos, pas trop longues, avec beaucoup de volume et un gros noeud; des bermudas longueur genoux et ceintures plissées .Elle sollicitait aussi mon aide pour le choix des tissus reconnaissant qu’elle n’y connaissait pas grand chose.
En février donc, nous nous sommes rencontrées (avec sa maman) à Paris où je lui avais donné rendez-vous au Marché St Pierre puis tissus Reine . On avait évoqué à ce moment là des robes grises avec une ceinture en liberty Capel mais celui-ci était trop fushia. Nous avons regardé, déplacé des rouleaux, touché les tissus, imaginé le froncé etc mais le tissu était trop rigide, le gris trop foncé ou trop clair, le bon framboise mais pas le bon tissu…
Pas évidente cette place où j’essayais de guider, d’orienter, de conseiller tout en laissant cette jeune fille et sa maman choisir, imaginer et apprécier. Etre utile mais en même temps s’effacer pour laisser à la future mariée le temps de s’approprier son cortège, de réaliser son souhait… juste la comprendre pour aller à la rencontre de ses désirs. Etre un maillon vers la réalisation du rêve !
Puis un coup de coeur (que je ne pouvais qu’approuver!) sur un liberty : le mabelle rose ! Mais comment le mettre en scène ?…A moi d’imaginer et de proposer !
Ce sera donc robe en liberty avec ceinture grise , bande de rappel au bas de la jupe et passepoil gris, bermuda gris et ceinture en liberty.
3 robes portées sur jupon pour le volume (le jupon ne dépassant pas évidemment).

Tous les tissus proviennent de chez Tissus Reine sauf la doublure du corsage des robes (voile de coton blanc de Tisséco) et bien sur tous les modèles ont été travaillés en fonction des prises de mesure des enfants.
