Pour confectionner un bandeau
plat, il vous faut un peu de tissu et de l’élastique plat en 2,5cm de
large.
Découper les morceaux
(2 rectangles) selon les mesures indiquées :
Replier les 2 rectangles
de tissu dans le sens de la longueur, endroit contre endroit
Coudre sur la longeur les
deux morceaux
retourner les deux « bandes »
sur l’endroit (c’est là que mes aiguille à tricoter qui m’ont
à peine servi me sont utiles !)
Repasser le grand morceau
en plaçant bien la couture au milieu (ce sera à l’intérieur
du bandeau)
Insérer l’élastique
dans la petite bande (s’aider d’une épingle à nourrice facilite
le travail). Il est utile de fixer l’élastique avec cette épingle
ou une simple épingle de couture pour que tout reste en place (des deux
bouts)
Faire un repli d’un centimètre
maximum de chaque bout de la petite bande et faire en sorte que l’élastique
soit au ras du bord intérieur (1mm maximum)
Former deux petits plis
sur la grande bande pour l’insérer sur 1 bon centimètre dans la
petite bande, puis coudre (ma couture ici ne semble pas très belle, mais
cela est moins visible en réalité et c’est caché dans le
cou sous les cheveux…) Avoir fixé l’élastique à la bande
à l’aide d’une épingle évite que tout se défasse
pendant les manipulations…
Faire de même de l’autre
côté
